Hi i'm Lucinda !
I am an NVQ Level 3 Qualified Therapist with over 12 years experience. Working and learning within the industry, I pride myself on offering my clients treatments to the highest of standards.
I am also NVQ Level 3 qualified in Business and Administration and have been awarded Level 3 Diploma in Health, Safety, Security and Employment Standards.
My dream for Serenity Rooms has grown and evolved, from my own personal experiences. Well-being and self-care is so important not just to maintain a happy and healthy life but to also have the mental strength to cope when hard times come to try us.
My focus is on providing Holistic therapies within a calm and relaxing environment. I am fully qualified in Oncology Massage and this is an area of the industry in which I am extremally passionate. As well as offering a wide range of luxury treatments allowing clients the time to escape from their busy lives for a while.
