Crystal Healing Workshop As a professionally trained crystal licentiate, Debi’s introduction to crystals workshop provides a practical, fun, & safe guide to using crystals. Crystals work holistically on mind, body & spirit. Crystal therapy can be used individually or to enhance other therapies. This 2-day course provides you with crystal ‘know how’.

How does Reiki work?
Each and every one of us has a life energy which flows within our bodies through Chakra's and Meridians. When our vibratory level is disrupted we become ill. Reiki which is a positive energy, flows through our body during a treatment restoring our natural energy and allowing healing to take place in a very positive and natural way. Reiki induces feelings of peace and calm. A holistic therapy, Reiki treats Mind, Body and Spirit. Reiki is for the Self. Reiki is for the Highest Good. First help yourself, then can you begin to help others.
Learn how to treat yourself.
You can learn how to treat yourself and others in an Advanced Traditional Usui 1st Degree Reiki Course. During this 1 day course you will be taught by traditional methods but will also be introduced into meditation, the Chakras, their colours and their functions, the causes and effects of disease and much more. In short, everything that you need to know to practice Reiki on yourself and others will be in your hands. You will find, that your Reiki course will be very enjoyable and inspiring.
Class size is restricted to 6 people and early bookings are advisable.
Refreshments are available on the day, but you will need to bring your own lunch.

Reiki Level 2 Workshop
Reiki level II
A Reiki II attunement will work to increase the mind and heart energy vibration, and boosts the flow by about 3 times. Therefore it makes treatments more effective and efficient. This is the practitioner level of Reiki and information will be provided on how to give treatments to others, and also to send distance healing using ancient symbology. Three Usui Reiki Symbols are taught.
The day will include some meditation, so please wear comfortable clothes. As with level I four attunements are passed (in two sessions). If your class covers midday please bring a packed lunch. Drinks are provided. An information booklet is given for personal use, along with a certificate of attendance.
