RELAXATION COUNSELLING
As a result of a hectic lifestyle many people do not have the time or the energy to completely relax. Relaxation Therapy not only treats the client but also educates them in using the knowledge and techniques of relaxation for themselves.
The therapist works one-to-one basis with the client. A session will be spent discussing lifestyle, allowing the therapist to gain some insight into their underlying problems. subsequent sessions will take the client through tehcniques including, excercise of the mind and body, sleep and meditation, relaxation through visualisation and relaxation through smell.
