In Support of HELP for HEROES.
Here at Serenity, we like to emphasise the concept of giving back.
Being at the heart of a Military community we felt it best to support those local people who place their life's on line to keep us safe.
Consequently the majority of our support over the coming years will be for charities such as HELP for HEROES, The British Legion, Soldiers League, Combat Stress and
others, with the main emphasis on HELP for HEROES who will in turn, support other charities related to themselves.
To help raise funds for these charities we shall be holding regular events offering treatments for donations, as well as this, we shall be making every attempt to attend local events organized by the military themselves.
To further increase our contribution, a percentage of profits raised through a number of our projects, including: our Armed Forces Discount Scheme will also be donated.
The staff here at Serenity have decided to set an initial target of £1000 within a year of the projects start date, but of course we would love to reach this target as quickly as possible in order to up it!
This project will not only help improve the health of those who have or are still serving within the armed forces, but continue to raise funds and awareness for HELP for HEROES and other charities that take care of our military personnel.

Serving Members:
Those currently serving within the Armed Forces can apply today for our 10% Discount Card.
The card is absolutely free and is valid for 2 years.
The card entitles you to 10% off of any treatment available at Serenity, sign up today using the Application form download link here.
As well as getting 10% off your treatments, £1 from every treatment will go to HELP for HEROES.
What’s the catch?
There is no catch only extensions! The card is free to any serving member with no limits on use etc...
Family Members can be added to the card for a small fee. On top of this, 50% of the fee will also go’s straight to HELP for HEROES!
Additional Member Fee’s:
If you would like to add a member of your families name to the card then all you need to do is indicate how many on your application form.
At the end of every year we will send you a notification of how much you have helped us to raise and how much the clinic has raised in total

Wounded, medically discharged and War Veterans are entitled to a 50% discount on the following treatments:

· Chiropractic
· EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
· Medical Acupuncture
· Indian Head Massage
· Bowen Technique
On top of this discount, £1 from every treatment will be donated to one of our four charities.

We believe that Complementary Therapies are of definite benefit to those who suffer from the effects of War and military life and in general, work well alongside orthodox medicines.
Therapies such as EFT have a proven track record, with many studies being carried out with EFT on Gulf war veterans in America, others such as
Chiropractic and Sports Massages have proven physiological benefits for both young and old. Holistic Therapies can provide an overall sense of well-being and a better ability to cope with life’s issues such as stress.
